Eric's place is at 909 S. 22nd St. #2, Arlington VA, conveniently a few blocks from Freddie's Beach bar.
Metro: The closest Metro stop is Pentagon City (Blue/Yellow Lines). Exiting from Pentagon City station, continue south along Hayes St. and cross 15th, then immediately turn right and walk to the steps leading up to a sidewalk cutting through the park, stay on this and it connects with Ives St. Walk 4 blocks along Ives, turn right on 22nd and my duplex is the 3rd house on the right, with the black door (ring doorbell for 2nd floor).
Driving From DC/North: Take 395 south, use the exit (8A), then the obscure Arl Ridge exit on the left. Turn right onto Arlington Ridge Rd. Turn left at 20th, right at Ives, and right at 22nd. my duplex is the 3rd house on the right, with the black door (ring doorbell for 2nd floor). On street parking is plentiful.
